We had a great stay at this hotel! The location near the bus station was so convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area. The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The room was luxurious and comfortable, with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. We also loved the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The garden area was beautiful, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Family hotel - perfect place for one night. For evening drinks visit La Cata Win Bar & Cocina, it is located within 5 minutes by foot. We booked a family king suite and loved it.
They served limited breakfast, it can be be way much better.

The hotel was in a convenient location close to the bus terminal and near the restaurant area. The staff, especially IRASEMA at the front desk, was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was tasty and well-prepared.
Can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus terminal, making it easy to travel in and out of the city. the hotel staff at the restaurant are friendly and helpful in explaining the breakfast voucher. the hotel is in close proximity to other restaurants and cafes.
A few guests reported some issues with the room, including poor air conditioning or wifi, uncomfortable bedding, and slow service.

The hotel is located near the bus station, which made it easy for us to explore the city without worrying about transportation. the staff was polite and helpful, always ready to assist with our needs. the breakfast offered was delicious, and the restaurant had a beautiful interior design that added charm to our morning meals.
The noise level in the hotel was a bit loud for our liking. We could hear the water tap from the neighboring room, making it difficult for us to sleep.

We recently took a romantic escape to a hotel and we had a really nice time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was really nice with delicious food. We especially enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located near key attractions, making it super easy for us to get around and explore the city.
That it was a little outside of the central area. This meant that we had to take a taxi to get to some of the attractions that we wanted to visit.
